Architect Philip McNeill FRIAI
Established in 1989 Architect Philip McNeill FRIAI has adopted and introduced a business management system, based upon the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland (RIAI) Good Practice Guide with 34 years of qualified experience. The management systems have been developed so that they provide a series of measurable targets to ensure that the practice’s objectives are continually being met and maintained. Our management system forms a framework within which we have established the capability of effectively identifying and developing opportunities for continual improvement and growth through ensuring that our clients remain satisfied with the services that they have requested, and that their needs and expectations have been met fully.
In pursuing its Policy on Architecture, the Practice will promote high standards of design and construction in building works projects for which we are responsible and support the pursuit of high standards of building and encourage innovation in architecture based on technical competence and a love for everything architecture
Foremost in my consideration of commissions are the client’s needs and how they can be met in a building, achieved within realistic client determined economic goals and planning schedules. Client support by rapid response, quality design and personal attention underlines the service.
An Architecture and Project Management practice offering a wide spectrum of architectural and related services I personally supervise all projects and provides clients both standard and specialised architectural services. Architectural: Programming, Design, Contract Drawings & Specifications, Construction Administration, Construction Cost Analysis, Project Feasibility Studies, Site Selection, Building Surveys, Floor Area Surveys, Space Planning, Optimum Building-Use Analysis, Interior Design when necessary, these are rendered through continuing association with qualified consultants and contract staff with whom I enjoy a professional relationship.
I earned my architecture degree from Trinity College, Dublin in 1985 having gained both my Diplomas in Architecture and Technician Diploma in Architecture. I am a member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland since 1989, an active member Small Practices Forum 1994/1996, the Architectural Graduates Association of Ireland 1989/1991, the Architectural Association of Ireland 1991/1993, and an Executive Member of Templebar Development Council 1991/1992
Since qualifying, to ensure a quality service to clients I have continued my professional education and development by taking postgraduate courses run by the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland and focused on results I continue to raise our commitment to the conformity and compliance quality standards.
