Goals

To design prepare and administer a planning application and a building contract for alterations and additions to a 3 bedroom home in the Blackrock. First floor bedroom extension over ground floor study with attic spare room for guests. Rearranged master bedroom to incorporate en suite and small box room creating  a double front spacious master bedroom. Replaced the central stairs and extended into attic space with large feature rooflight over giving quality natural light above the stairs area added attic bedroom and incorporated en suite to existing space for use by family guests. Modernise electrical, heating and interiors.
